Dog Daycare

Our dog daycare service is ideal for owners who want their dog to enjoy safe, structured care during the day. Dogs can enjoy companionship, supervised play, rest time and individual attention in a calm home-from-home environment.

Home Boarding

Our home boarding service offers a cosy alternative to kennels for dogs who are happier in a home setting. Dogs stay in a calm, caring environment with comfort, routine and plenty of attention.

  • Daily walking, rest and companionship
  • Feeding according to owner instructions
  • Owners provide their dog’s own food

Walks, Leads & Safety

Dogs will have a minimum of one hour of walking per day. Off-lead walks are not automatic and will only be considered where it is safe, suitable and agreed with the owner in advance.

Owner Onboarding

Before any dog joins Heath & Hounds, owners complete an onboarding process. This helps us understand each dog’s routine, behaviour, health, diet, emergency contacts and care needs before their first visit or stay.

Health Requirements

To keep all dogs comfortable and safe, every dog must be suitable for a home daycare or boarding environment. We ask owners to keep their dog’s health, vaccinations and medical care up to date.

  • Vaccinations and medical care must be up to date
  • Dogs must be vet registered
  • Flea and worm treatment should be current where required
  • Dogs should be well-socialised and suitable for a home setting
  • All dogs must be neuted

Hours & Additional Time

Standard care hours are 8am until 5pm. Any additional time outside standard hours must be agreed in advance and is charged as late/additional care.

  • Standard hours: 8am–5pm
  • Additional hours: £5 per extra half hour beyond agreed time
  • Regular clients may be invoiced monthly
  • Drop-off and collection times must be agreed in advance
