Owner On Boarding
Everything we will need to understand on your dog’s routine, health, behavior and care needs before they join Heath & Hounds..
Getting Started
Before Your Dog Joins Us
Our onboarding process helps us get to know your dog properly before daycare or boarding begins. This means we can understand their routine, health, behaviour, diet, walking preferences and any special care needs from the start.
Submit an Enquiry
Tell us a little about your dog and the type of care you are looking for, including daycare, boarding or home boarding support.
Complete Dog Details
We collect key information including your dog’s routine, diet, behaviour, health, vet details and emergency contacts.
Review Policies
Owners will be asked to review and accept our care policies, permissions and important safety information before joining.
